Do Not Disturb
A downloadable game for Windows
The Elder Pine Hotel. A gorgeous old building just off the center of town. You've been working here as a housekeeper for several months now. Making beds, picking up trash, replacing the towels that the guests keep stealing for some reason. It's a simple, relaxing, and relatively stress-free job. Except you're never alone when you work. There's something there, ever present, ever watching. You've seen it. And it knows.
But no one else believes you.
So you discreetly brought an old, dusty camera with you on your shift one day. Management expects each and every room you step in to be pristine and immaculate, and you know you can give them that. But they don't know the real reason you want to be here tonight.
You will prove this is real. You will make them believe. It wants you to die trying.

Known Issues:
- Collisions can be a bit janky and might cause issues such as the player sliding along/in the ground for some time. (Has been mostly fixed in V1.2, might still occur occasionally but it's nowhere near as bad as it was)
- Some possible performance and/or graphical issues. (Your Mileage May Vary)
Updates:
Version 1.1 (A.K.A. The Post-Sleep Update):
- Added version number to the main menu
- Resolved a potentially gamebreaking issue which allowed individual rooms to be unloaded while their doors were still open, allowing the player to fall out the level.
- Made adjustments to the 'Drive Cart' trigger box size.
- It is no longer possible to remove the trash bag from the cart before it has been taken from the housekeeping room at the very beginning of the game.
Version 1.2 (A.K.A. The Exterminator Update):
- Reworked collisions on the parked cart entity; the player should no longer be able to 'step' on the cart at any point
- Reworked collision on the player character; it should no longer be possible for the player to 'fall' into and slide around in the floor
- Resolved some issues related to trash; the To-Do List should display the correct number of remaining trash to be picked up, and rooms can no longer be erroneously flagged as 'clean' if there is still trash to be picked up
- Resolved some issues with the final scene of the game; the player camera is no longer oriented incorrectly, and the scene itself no longer ends earlier than expected
Version 1.2.1 (hotfix):
- Reworked collisions when dismounting the cart - should no longer be possible to glitch out of the level.
- Added a unique encounter in the hallway that can be triggered during the endgame.
Message from the developer:
Hello. This is my first ever publicly released project after many years of trying to get a game dev career off the ground. There are absolutely issues with this one, some I will definitely try and iron out over the next few days should I find the time, but I'm still super proud of how this turned out, especially since it was developed in the span of just a couple of weeks. So thank you, even if you end up not enjoying the game (or even not playing it at all!), for stopping by and at least taking the time to have a peek at my stuff! :)

Thanks for making this! I really enjoyed it! Please check out my video, like and sub!
This was fantastic! Loved how random it was too!
too much of doing the same thing over and over(i guess that's realistic, but gameplay wise it's very tedious). scare rarely happens and they're also kinda just there idk, they dont seem out of place from the hotel if you're trying to do the glitching ghost stuff.
As someone who's played through the game countless times for playtesting and troubleshooting purposes, I totally understand the feeling of tedium! Also the frequency of the scares is all down to RNG, meaning some runs you get more scares than others.
There is a lot more I wanted to do during development to make the experience feel a bit more varied, that I just didn't have time to due to the short development window - I'll probably talk more about this in the post-mortem devlog I eventually plan on doing.
Thanks for playing! :)
Nice game! Easy to play because the objectives are clear and tense when anomalies appear. Looking forward to your next project... :)
Nice very good game but there bit problem when am not move the game move the player character automatic like am not touching my keyboard idk it's meant to happen anyway well done keep it up!
